Mobile tailoring for busy people who want expert fit without the store-to-store struggle. Up to 2 garments • 20-minute in-home fitting Perfect for a few key pieces that need expert attention — without leaving the house. $39 Convenience Fee The Convenience Fee is a non-refundable service fee that reserves your appointment time. And, it is credited toward your alterations total. Your Concierge Visit includes: • In-home fitting for up to 2 garments • Expert pinning + fit assessment • Photos + alteration notes • Pickup coordination • Delivery scheduling Alterations are quoted during your fitting based on garment type, complexity, and requested changes.
Once you approve your alteration plan, payment is collected before alteration work begins. Because dragging your pants on the sidewalk is not the vibe. Turnaround • Standard: 4–7 days • Rush: 2 business days (+$25) • Fashion Emergency: 24 hours (+$45) Rush service is subject to schedule capacity. If the calendar is being dramatic, we’ll tell you. Cancellation Policy

The Convenience Fee is a non-refundable service fee that reserves dedicated time for your in-home fitting, garment review, and alteration planning. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will forfeit the Convenience Fee. Alteration work begins only after your alteration quote is approved. By booking, you acknowledge that all alteration services are custom and subject to final garment review, approved alteration scope, and schedule availability.
